Sushi Yoshi at LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Center presents its Seasonal Chef's Selection, featuring two chef's favourites: Hotate Sakamushi and premium Snow Crab. The seasonal dining experience starts from RM298 and is crafted to highlight the natural flavours of fresh ingredients with authentic Japanese preparation.

The Hotate Sakamushi consists of steamed scallops prepared with a sake-infused flavour, while the Snow Crab legs deliver naturally sweet, tender meat. The selection also includes a citrus-based dessert with lime and orange segments, accompanied by a seasoned rice dish topped with spicy sauce.
