Give little discount and not even to allow to exchange size as I don’t even walk out from the shop. Baby arrived when I had made payment and they can’t void the payment and make another receipt for same item but different size.

My experience was unpleasant. Staff was not assisting when asked abt baby products resulted wasting my money purchasing the wrong products. I asked abt baby’s room too and they said there was none in the mall. I’d say this is the worst babyshop branch I hv been to and I hv been to Penang, JB, KLCC ones. The customer service cud hv been better.

Very bad experience. Same clothes different price in both the promo place and actual flag store. When found out the manager refuse to refund. Same company selling two different prices and yet refuse to refund.
