All is good with discounts of mostly at 30%. Varieties of goods I rated the 1 star amiss is due to the staff seems like being moody. Hence, customer service should be in all time good, friendly and attentive. Anyhow, if there's a discount, yes, it is worth it to be back for more.

My experience is awful. Bought today set of bra and panties. The bra L size. I was able to try on, but panties couldn’t try as the consultant told me so. I asked to help me choosing the right and correct size. She measured me and told that the M size for panties would fit. So when I came home M size could not fit me even though I asked if she was sure. Bad experience not reliable staff, no refund

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this store. I politely approached the staff to ask if I could refund or exchange an item I had purchased just an hour earlier, but they responded aggressively and showed no interest in helping. The staff were impolite and dismissive, which is unacceptable for a brand like Calvin Klein. It is disappointing that the franchise does not ensure proper training and professionalism among their employees 👎👎👎
