Closed all the time. I don’t know what is wrong. Light is on but no signage telling store is close. Called the number and they told me they will open soon but i waited for 3 hours and still closed. Happened twice

Shop are having promotion on 2nd item 50% , but when I casually ask what If we took the third item . The PIC only ask us to choose first BUT during our payment time with taking 4pcs T-shirt . He said only any second item is 50% discount only. Not a honest person . I think he thought we were foreigner . Pls state clearly on your promotion . I think is a ROB and being dishonest . The T-shirt is cool and quality is great but will never come again !
