The staff a young Chinese guy are very friendly and attentive, professional. Even I have the check up without making my new lens here because i found out that my AIA insurance wouldn't fully cover for it. It cost nearly 600rm. The cost is quite pricey.

Came during night time and encountered one of the most unpleasant customer service by the guy staff. Wanted to buy contact lenses and hoping to get an accurate check, and the guy told me cannot help they only use machine, I ask if he could check with the actual glasses in the room, he say can’t with an attitude as if I’m giving him extra work.

The Chinese guy staff is not very welcome at all to the customer, i was looking the spec but seems like doesn't want to entertain to check the type of lenses and frame. He is answered very short no explanation at all. Better go to the other branch.

Came here to buy sunglasses but the experience is bad as the chinese guy is frustrated and show black face. Decided not to purchase as he ruined my mood.

Not recommended, the chinese guy service attitude was bad and unwilling to serve. @focuspoint please select and train your staff as they carry your brand reputation.
