Store closes at 10pm but they started blasting messages at 9:20pm and asked us (yes all the customers in store) to leave immediately. Very terrible customer service.

The staffs here is very moody and loud. I will tell how so. First when you ask for any assistance, they will show you face and when it’s their “people” or “friends” they would even keep for them stocks for them. Isn’t first come, first serve? A LOT I NOTICED! I saw the jacket like 5 minutes and when I come to take it, it’s gone. When I asked the staff, they said it’s sold but I can see from their back stock, they have the same item with the same quantities. Men, women and even accessories! Like I really want to buy it and they keep it for their people which pisses me off. So about the loud thing, I visited to their store a week after, they was talking so loud but when you asked for help, they was showing face and terribly rude. After that I went to shopping and they was laughing and gossiping loud.

The staff are all very lazy not even 9:30 uet they are closing the doors already and asked the customers to go out the store… so lazy

Store closing time is 10pm buyt at 9.25pm, the shopkeepers keep blasting the announcement continuously to chase customers away even though there are just two customer in the store browsing.

We were there yesterday. We were looking for a particular model that we saw displayed in the gallery on one of the photo models. We stayed there for easily 15 minutes. Not a word from the sellers! And even paying for the one item my friend found, we felt like a hassle. The music was very loud in the store and they never asked us any questions. Busy at their photo shoot with friends. It is not at all my habit to write in a negative way. We have never been disappointed with forever 21. So we really give you 2 stars because the store is magnificent. She is on the 1st floor of Lalaport. This magnificent shopping center that we already know from Japan. The service, customer service and every other commercial level is frankly lousy.
