DON’T BUY! Bought a Garmin Instinct on December 20th 2023. 4th of January it breaks down. No more warranty so product is dead!!! 1st the shop can’t do anything because all service actions are done online. 2nd the salesman offer me to buy a new one as they have promo and mine doesn’t work! What a joke, what a scam!!

[ WARNING TO TOURISTS - DO NOT BUY GARMIN WATCHES OUTSIDE OF YOUR COUNTRY ] Was sold a faulty watch that was unable to pair with the Garmin Connect app. Should not have left the shop when we were unable to pair the watch at that point. Before purchasing, when I repeatedly checked if there was international warranty and especially for Singapore, the sales lady said yes and there is two years warranty. However when I brought it to one of the Garmin stores in Singapore, I was notified that there is only local warranty in Malaysia and I will have to fork out additional money for a local replacement in Singapore. This is all a shock to me and I am deeply disappointed with this whole experience. I also wasted my whole day trying to resolve this pairing issue + getting my watch replaced at a cost.
