No forward with photos as no take pictures. Complaining the pork sausage that I had bought two days ago. Taste sour and last month also the pork streak ham. Hope the head of the department should be more alert with quality control.

I do not recommend this place.
It may look like a large supermarket, but the prices are not as cheap as you might expect. In fact, I found better products at better prices at the Suria Mall basement just yesterday. I was disappointed by that.
Moreover, getting here on foot is extremely inconvenient. There’s no crosswalk across the 8-lane road, so even though the destination was right in front of me, I had to take a long detour that took many minutes. That was very frustrating.
Many locals jaywalked. That’s not good, but I could understand them. It doesn’t make sense that people should risk their lives just to go shopping.
This definitely needs to be improved.
From now on, I’ll just use the nearby convenience store.
Also, I spent quite a bit of time coming here, and I regretted it so much that I felt sorry for myself. This place is not pedestrian-friendly at all.

Best service from Azimah and Rosiati! Was heading for a promotion for their Sanrio series and had a mishap on checkout. They were so patient to handle the situation and calmly too! They were happily assisting and the energy they have was amazing. Definitely one of the best branches I’ve been to!

Quite liked this supermarket. It had a good selection of products, including some premium and higher quality items. Malaysian specialty items looked good enough to give as gifts. However, at the same time, prices seemed a little on the higher side.

2025 update: Staying at an apartment with a kitchenette this time meant that Jaya Grocer was more useful as we picked up a lot more things using Grab and while visiting.
On our final visit, tried looking for my favourite Pretzels and they weren't in stock. It was really sweet of the cashier to leave his counter and try help me look for them. Such a credit to the place and it's the reason I rate this place so highly.
2024 : Mydin gets a lot of hype but I regret going there before this place.
Everything is so neatly spaced out and the pricing is very competitive, even better than Mydin on some products.
Staff is helpful and are rarely needed as attention to detail has been taken care of.
Could spend an entire day in the Cheese section for the choices they had.

A little smaller than other Jaya Grocer outlets around Klang Valley but if you are here just to get the necessities, then this place serves its purpose. Most of your daily requirements - from fresh produce to canned food to toiletries - can be found here. Place is clean too. Parking is free until Mar 31 2023, and there's ample space to park at the basement.

This is a new shopping mall with free parking until Dec 2022. Bonus for me to find this amazing supermarket with quite many imported products that you cannot find in local supermarket.
Highly recommend you to pay a visit if you are finding some organic products. LOVE here!

NB: located DOWNSTAIRS. It's the first place I've found where mineral water can be bought in glass bottles. Lots of meat options, including hormone/antibiotic-free. Cheese. Some organic fresh produce, lots of dry-packaged. Certainly one of the better supermarkets for the conscious consumer.

If you're looking to buy western products (Australia, NZ, Europe) in a familiar supermarket setting, you should go here.
Expect to buy western prices for the import products, but the range of items they have is very impressive.
This includes dairy and fresh cheeses.
They also have a non-halal section in the back where you can find wines and other alcohol (also not for cheap!)
Not for everyday shopping probably, but absolutely outstanding for those nostalgia trips.

I had a fantastic experience at Lalaport Jaya Grocer today, thanks to their amazing customer service. My child accidentally broke a box of orange juice, but after I completed my payment, the cashier was incredibly thoughtful. They offered me a free cup so I could enjoy the remaining juice, which was such a kind gesture. It's not often you come across such considerate and helpful staff, and this really made my day. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will definitely return for future shopping trips! Thank you for your kindness.

The supermarket is very big and crowded. I would say it is a good place to replenish groceries. I come here just to buy bread for tomorrow's breakfast. The staff are also very nice and dedicated. Seeing them busy but still willing to smile happily, they really have a positive attitude and mentality. I like it very much. Recommend this supermarket.

Similar to every other Jaya Grocer, you can find most of the products here, especially the imported items. Located at Lalaport, lower ground floor.
