Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews. The cashier was still very rude and arrogant, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I also tried the fried kimchi rice, and sadly, it tasted just as bad as others have mentioned. Definitely not coming back.

There was specific very rude worker I encountered. She gossiped and was very rude in taking my order. She gave me side eye and acted like she does not want to take my order. I thought it would only happen once so I went again and she was even more rude. But the food was alright.

The fried rice was terrible—super dry and just salty. There was no service provided, yet they still charged a service tax. Definitely a bad review.

they use normal rice on korean food. not nice and not delicious. no side dishes too even the price is qualified for side dishes. cashier also don’t know how to scan my lalaport membership qr to collect points. please train your staff and improve your food

Food was fine, the cashier was ao rude, which was very annoying seeing the cashier being rude to her customer and had rm3 tax on each meal or purchase.

Spicy dry ramen is should be more spicy and signature spicy Korean topokki is should be more over cook cause of it’s stay a bit hard the rice cake it.

Probably one of the worst kimchi fried rice I've ever ate. Kimchi isn't kimchiing, bare can taste the sourness from the kimchi. Literally rice, with lot's of sugar and spices. 0/5.

Staff can be a lil bit nicer.. but the food was bomb! Ordered Kimchi Fried Rice w Chicken. the chicken is crazy good!!! top tier! Kyochon could never. The rice is premium but quite a healthy taste.. if they add more saltiness, can be even better!

Would definitely eat here again if I visit Lalaport. It was worth it because it was flavourful and has a nice touch of spiciness.The portion was enough for 2 people (if you have a small appetite).

Pleasantly surprised. The food is very unhealthy being all deep fried chicken, fries and korean shin ramyeon. But heck it tastes good, portions were generous. Rm59.90 for this set...... feeds like 3-4pax. 4 hot and spicy chicken wing pieces, 4 soy chicken wing pieces, one ramyoen, mayo fries and spicy fries. Not bad.
