went go this branch to claim free samples after registration on website. no high foot traffic so you don't have to wait for the staff attending you. love how kind and friendly the staff here. see how this akak label my samples so i use them in correct step without me asking them 🥹 they're also very knowledgeable about every products and quick on their feet. would revisit in the future.

The service here is very good. Mom bought a gift for a friend, and the staff members, specifically the store supervisor Ida, were incredibly nice to us. Mesti mau datang balik. Very tempting to come back here so I can buy gifts for my mom or for myself in the near future. The selection of items here are good. I do not know much about skincare but the staff will help you a lot if you have enquiries, and you are sure to have a pleasant shopping experience here. ❤️

I want to compliment Azrul from the L’Occitane Lalaport outlet. I visited around 10:50am yesterday for the empty bottle recycling program. Honestly, I’ve felt uncomfortable doing this before — some staff at other branches made me feel judged. But Azrul was different. He was friendly, welcoming, and patient. He made the whole experience pleasant, and because of his great attitude, I ended up buying a hand lotion to support him. Thank you, Azrul, for your kindness and excellent service!

The best loccitane service received here, not the other snobby turn off attitude from other retail outlet. Here supervisor Ms Ida and Mr Ashraf is adept at sharing their own experiences aside product knowledge ans there is no hard selling of items. Genuine people lovely people to talk to. Lovely experience and nice to do ur shopping and recycling here 🥰😘 compared to Klcc outlet.
