Lalaspeed E Kart Raceway revolutionizes go-kart racing in Kuala Lumpur by offering Malaysia's first rooftop electric go-kart experience on Level 5 of LaLaport BBCC. Since opening on December 27th, 2022, this innovative racing facility has provided speed enthusiasts with an eco-friendly outdoor track that overlooks KL's spectacular skyline, featuring unobstructed views of the towering Merdeka 118 building while delivering an adrenaline-pumping racing experience high above the bustling city center.
The facility features quiet, environmentally-friendly EV go-karts powered by electric motors and batteries, offering two distinct racing modes to accommodate different skill levels and age groups. Novice Mode (RM58) caters to young racers aged 7-15, while Race Mode (RM68) provides full-speed thrills for participants 16 and older. The open-air rooftop setting adds excitement to every race, though weather conditions can affect operations, making advance booking advisable for optimal racing conditions.
Operating Monday through Friday from 11:30am-10pm and weekends from 11:00am-10pm, Lalaspeed offers both casual racing fun and competitive experiences for individuals, families, and groups. Weekday visits provide less crowded conditions for near-private racing sessions, while the facility's unique rooftop location and eco-friendly approach make it a standout attraction within LaLaport BBCC's entertainment offerings. Nice to drive at night. We were the only ones on a weekday evening. There were options for carts with different speeds. Course was too short and too winding. Fastest speed was around 20+km/h which was ok for the course Good for kids and beginners I suppose

Nice short track for beginners. Brought my son to the speed track located in the heart of KL near Bukit Bintang. Great fun with the eKart and the artificial sound. They use NineBot as the kart. Pick the top speed 30++. Only draw back the track is quite small so very little overtaking opportunities.

Took my son to the raceway on a sunny afternoon. We had a good couple laps. The staff was friendly and informative about the rules and safety issues. I felt the carts could have been a little faster for the buggies. I totally get it, I had a little kiddo behind me. I would suggest going at night so it’s not super hot. Other than that we had a good time. Price was fairly reasonable.

I had a thrilling outing with my girlfriends tonite at Lalaport E-kart raceway in BBCC. I felt like a teenager just on the track for 2 mins! The track is well laid out and brightly lit and kart is fast but not dangerous. The surrounding view is a plus point. Very suitable for all in the family and ages - adults, youngsters, even kids. A not to be missed activity!

Our family had an absolute blast at Lalaspeed E Kart Raceway. Situated on the rooftop of Lalaport, this little gem is definitely one to take the family to. From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience, Ike and his crew was friendly and demonstrated great interest in delivering a memorable experience for us. Ike was very patient with the kids entertaining their questions about the karts. They ensured we understood all the safety rules before hitting the track. Top notch customer service! Thanks Ike. The track itself was short but well-designed with exciting turns and straightaways. Great for beginners like ourselves. We took the 30kph karts and had an exhilarating time. The kids talked about it for days after so I’d definitely recommend.

Recently visited this family-friendly e-go kart track and had a great time. I was expecting it to be crowded, but we actually had the track to ourselves. The place is suitable for all ages, and if you’ve ever played a car racing video game, you’ll do just fine here. No driving experience is needed. The fees are affordable, and there are different options for kart speeds. The faster the kart, the higher the price, but none of them are excessively fast since they’re battery-powered e-carts. One fun feature is the sound system under the steering wheel, which changes with your throttle position. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience.

Rm68×2. Prices are for 12 minutes. Quite pricey but nice view of the merdeka Tower. Before they start, take a photo right in front of them for a merdeka tower background view. One of the reviewer here took a nice photo! Sad we didn't see the sample before. Kart itself doesn't look so fast, but they are quite responsive with brakes and turns so you can turn sharp corners. Track didn't look so big, but overall they enjoyed it quite a lot.
