The female staff were impatient and showed an annoyed face to us. Even when talking to her colleague, she acted like she was “showing off her bossy style”—really very annoying and it affected my appetite. Pity the colleague who has to face this kind of woman every day. Also, the toppings here are less compared to other branches. Luckily, the freshness of the fruits is still acceptable

Your staff have no patience in serving customer. My companion was choosing the toppings when your staff keep rushing him with the last one by saying “Sauce! Sauce!”. Pointed at a topping and your staff added another. All 3 of your staff were rude and lazy, they were sitting down playing their phones, so focused that customers had to greet them for them to notice. To the admin, please don’t reply with your textbook reply of “thank you, sorry, will feedback and improve”, I can read that from other reviews and definitely can see none of the improvements actually happens.

Worst staff, didn't even bother to serve me . Evenso they didn't mix the sauces to put on my yogurt. Got my yogurt with pistachio oil only. Are all llaollao outlet like this or only this branch? Management please improve.

Why is it so hard to have smoothies available at this outlet? Other outlets can make them without any issue. I have experienced unavailability at this outlet almost 5 times. Are the staff being lazy every time a customer orders the smoothie?

It’s a bit more expensive than what I’m used to, but it was alright. The taste was the same as what I usually get, so no complaints there. I noticed some people were unhappy with the staff and service, but my experience was fine. The staff member who served me was quick and polite. When I ordered the medium size, it cost 18.9 ringgit. I thought I only had 18.8 ringgit on me, but the staff member said it was okay, which I thought was really nice. Thankfully, I had enough to pay, but I appreciated her kind gesture.

The frozen yogurt was delicious with plenty of tasty toppings to choose from. What really stood out was the staff — Imiey was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious frozen yogurt and great service!

Who says bad things may be don't have empathy. You're not the one who work there. The staff very nice and polite. I just want to look around but he treat me so nice..not too encourage for asking me to buy...just show which one is good and what's finished. I end up buying haha. You all please be patient. Tip top service. Tq!

I am very satisfied with my experience at Llaollao! Frozen yogurt here is always fresh and full of flavor, especially with a variety of interesting and quality toppings. The staff here are very friendly, especially Sofia, who provides exceptional hospitality. Sofia was very professional, friendly, and patiently helped me choose the combination of toppings that suited my taste. Her smile and concern made my experience even more special. I really appreciate customer attention like this! Will definitely come back to Llaollao. Thank you, Sofia, for your great hospitality!

Very delicious yogurt ice-cream. As for add-on we chose almond crocanti , caramel cookie and ovomaltine sauce. Plus ciocorock white sauce.

Went on 11.11.24 for the Medium Tub 2 toppings @ RM11 promo. Just another llao llao store, feel pity for their 2.0 review so I decided to leave a 5 star review. I think they did good, very friendly and welcoming staffs ☺️
