The room was not as comfortable as expected, and the cleanliness needs significant improvement. However, the location is indeed very convenient. If the cleanliness is improved, the overall experience would be much better.

Here’s the deal, I gave 3 stars, which I think is pretty generous, because hey, being right next to a mall is SUPER convenient. But why not 5 stars? Buckle up.
Staying here felt like auditioning for a spy movie. You need a physical card for everything. EVERYTHING.
Imagine this: your guest wants to leave, but nope, you can’t just say goodbye at the door like a normal person. You’ve got to chaperone them all the way to the exit like they’re royalty, because there’s no button to open the lobby doors. Need to go down to the lobby yourself? Tap that card again. Forgot it? Too bad, you live here now.
And it gets better, visitors need a QR code, security can’t call up to your unit, and even if the owner gives the green light, the guards are like, “Sorry, not happening.” So, the person has to come all the way down just to negotiate their way in. Ridiculous, right?
Oh, and don’t even get me started on the lack of signage to connect the condo to the mall. It’s like they want you to get lost.
That said, the room? Absolutely fantastic. But the rest of it? A headache in card form.

This is what your AirBNB balcony will look like if you stay here. Swimming pool is also with spectacular city view. Next to lalaport mall and perfectly fine in terms of connectivity to main location. Recommended to take grab as it is economic in case you are family of 2+

Loved staying there. Location, amenities, staff- everything was fantastic. Loved that direct exit to Lalaport and Gourmet street- very convenient for tourists like us. Huge pool on the 3a floor was fabulous and infinity pool at the 35th was amazing too with great views, especially at night time. Lots of expats staying there- all friendly and helpful. Clean, secure space. We enjoyed staying there lots.

Lucentia Residence by Home Horizon is something else. The view from up there is just stunning, KL skyline, sunsets, and city lights all in one frame. The building itself is modern, clean, and feels like luxury. Honestly, waking up to that view made me feel like I was living in a postcard.
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Malaysia.

Lucentia is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The environment feels cozy, peaceful, and modern — perfect for anyone who enjoys a quiet yet convenient lifestyle. One of the best parts is how close it is to Lalaport Shopping Mall, with internal access straight from Level G. It’s so easy to just walk over, grab a coffee, do some shopping, or chill without even stepping outside.
What really makes Lucentia stand out is its amazing facilities across two sky-high levels. On Level 3A, there’s a massive lifestyle space that feels like a little private oasis. You’ll find a huge lagoon-style swimming pool surrounded by fish ponds, garden areas, and even a cozy kids’ playground with a mini house garden where little ones can run around and play freely. It’s like a little resort right at home.
Then, up on Level 35, there’s an incredible infinity pool with one of the best views in the city. You can chill in the water while enjoying a stunning panoramic view of the KL skyline, including the iconic Twin Towers and all the major skyscrapers. Whether you’re relaxing alone or spending time with family and friends, Lucentia gives you a lifestyle that’s both luxurious and homey. A true urban retreat…

The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with great facilities like the gym and pool.
The location is convenient, close to public transport and shopping centers.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in KL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed in two units here one on the 5th floor and the other on 45th floor. Both units had their features. While the one on the 5th floor was a bit more spacious...the view from the one on the 45th floor was awesome. Both the units had all the necessary amenities and more which made our stay super comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was super easy.
It has an infinity pool with glass bottom and gym on the 35th floor with an amazing city view including The Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Tower.
It has another pool on floor 3A with kids play area and a tree house...etc
Many restaurants are close by with a variety of food options.
The place right next to Lalaport mall and opposite Berjaya Times Square mall and close to Butik Bintang....all walkable distance.

The view is so mesmerising. Overall, the stay is satisfying. Just a walking distance from Monorel Imbi. After using the pool, you either need to change or wait for 15 minutes before leaving because the safety guard won't let you leave with water dripping from your clothes (which is good for safety reason). The entrance security guard wasn't so friendly. They asked the airbnd customer to wait outside the gate until you're picked up by the host or staff.

The units are compact but very neatly finished. The pools very good. The rooftop pool was closed for maintanence but the huge garden pool pictured is superb.
Exit at floor G for a cut through to Lalaport mall connect to LRT and the RapidKL monorail stations. Avoid the surly and rude gate staff.
Don't book with Agoda. Worst customer service on Earth and mess up booking after booking with outdated photos and on the day cancellations. Worst platform in sector. Book Lucentia on Airbnb for great deals.
Lifts are a bit confusing initially but LG is the main entrance. G for the Lalaport
shortcut. 3A for the huge garden pool. 33 I think for the rooftop pool.
Good place a couple of stops from the very lively Bukit Bintang.

The unit we rented for several days has the perfect view (I called it 3 in 1) of - Merdeka, KL Tower and Petronas Twin Tower.
Accessibility to places like malls, train stations and buses (tours) is never a concern. If you are into walking, Lucentia is perfect for you!
But if you want to just laze around and chill, there are quite a number of things to do - you can go to the gym to stretch those muscles, or dive into the infinity and be amazed with the beauty of the view, or just visit the garden and the pond for a zen-like chillin’.
So next time you travel to Malaysia, consider Lucentia Residences as your home away from home.

This about 3 years new apartment opperate by differnt companies and owners. Stayed in One-Bedroom Apartment under 'Studio at Bukit Bintang Lalaport 32nd Flr KLCC View'. Checkin and checkout was easy. Great view room. Kind and helpful owner with speedy response offer extra help when needed even in the night.
Location is great. Just beside Hang Tuah Monorail and big mall with plenty of eateries in 5min walk. Opposite is old charm town with many traditional coffee shops with great local food, excellent massage to enjoy and KWC Fashion Wholesale behind... all within 10min walking distance.
Room facilities all function well inc washing machine with dryer. Glad had choose to stay here.

Stayed here for five weeks and found it was good value for money as is most of what you get in Malaysia. The two pools and gym were great as was the location next to Lalaport mall which is rarely busy. A five minute walk to Hung Tuah monorail station from where you can get around the entire city. Had a couple of issues with blocked drains which they fixed quickly. No problems checking in or out. Unbeknown to me until after I had checked in was that I would need to pay 60 MYR to have the unit cleaned (and get clean towels) and that I'd have to supply my own toilet paper. Not a major issue but still something to consider if staying a while. Only two towels were provided, no face washer or bathmat. Again I realise this isn't a five star hotel. Found the number of security guards OTT and not really necessary but this seems to be typical of every where you go in KL.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit for our first 8 days and the unit was great - 1 en-suite with the living room and the other room was like another mini unit with a smaller kitchenette. Both rooms had washing machines.
There are certain procedures to get your keys so make sure you check with Veedu Homes prior to arrival. Namely getting a QR code and your unit number so that the security will let u through.
We booked an additional 2 bed apartment due to flight delay but the unit wasn’t as good with the toilet door not easily closed, dangling lightbulb.
The estate has great facilities: infinity pool, sauna, steam room, onsen, spa etc and is in a great location.
