Hi Mixue, I wish to complain about your Lalaport outletās rude Chinese cashier manager/worker. The ice cream machine broke down after the first cup came out runny and your worker continued to serve it to me DESPITE my protest. I told him itās disgusting! He even loudly shouted at his own Malay colleague āCANNOT REPLACEā and insisted I have to take it. The way, tone and volume he spoke to his colleague is totally uncalled for and he should be sacked.
This is totally unacceptable and I wish action is taken against the said employee. Failing which I will take this to the media and KPDNHEP.

The staff members are rude. Funnily it's the girls that are the culprits. Boys are fine. I gave my empty cup. She told me to put it on the table for the food court staff to clear. I turned and left. And she shouted at me as I walked away. Incredibly rude and lazy.

7/8/25 Such as bad outlets, I requested half ice, half sugar for brown sugar bubble tea, but the staff rudely said it fixed canāt be customised, further I ask for tissues, the staff said we donāt provide tissues here! Seriously? Pls look in to this! The outlet Management pls Do Better!

As a regular at Mixue Lalaport, Iāve always enjoyed the good service from most of the staff. But recently, I had a bit of an awkward moment with one of the younger staff,he was being way too casual, like joking around as if I was one of his friends. I get being friendly, but thereās a line, especially when serving customers. Maybe a bit of guidance or training would help younger staff understand that balance. Other than that, the rest of the team has always been great, no complaints at all. I also donāt agree with the bad reviews aimed at other staff, theyāve been nothing but nice. Thanks!

At 3pm (13/4/25), I queue up to buy their Super Boba Sundae. The cashier at the time was a bit rude. I understand thereās a lot of people queuing but the least you could do is, donāt give a annoyed reaction when some customer canāt hear you clearly. You were wearing a mask and thereās a loud music sound around. Itās hard to hear you clearly.
Mixue has always been my favorite Ice-cream spot, this is the first time encounter this kind of attitude. Other outlets have much more longer queue but they still treat us nicely.

This is what you get for RM5. Can't even be bothered to fill the cup properly. Scam much? The spoon is so bloody flimsy that it feels like it's going to snap whilst trying to scoop some ice cream. Honestly, don't waste your money here. Pay a bit more and get a sundae from anywhere else.
In response to mixue rep: Its all well and good to have 'SOP'. Its pointless if its not adhered to. In this case your so called 'SOP' failed spectacularly. Paying full price for an item and only receiving half of it, is by definition, a scam. What's even worse, not even an apology for this screw up. Typical.

Hi there, for future reference, please make sure the outlet is more accommodating to customer's needs especially when the fault falls on the outlet itself (e.g: mistakenly add more sugar when only ordered slight sugar, and unable to change it when asked or add ice/water to dilute it- other outlets are able to accommodate this need from customers)

P/S: I just ask for an extra spoon for the child. becasue your ice-cream out of stock, my children cant finish a sundae by each. Donāt think that everyone is greedy for your spoon. I will continue to MIXUE but not your branch .

Not gonna lie... I was expecting the usual service with that long queue. But surprise! The team at Mixue Lalaport really stood out all smiles, friendly greetings for every customer, even when it got super busy. Their teamwork? On point. There was no long line unlike other branches. Heard a lot about this place as it serves cheap affordable drinks and ice cream.
Hereās what I tried:
MIXUE ICE CREAM. For just RM2 you can get a decent milk ice cream on a cone! The milk ice cream wasnāt as smooth as Iād like it to be as it had small grains when eaten. The flavour was milky and tastes pretty good.
GRAPE FRUIT TEA. Refreshing slightly fizzy drink but tastes like grape syrup. Not bad though for RM4.

Very cool place to have a nice treat and relax. This my second visit & both times were good experiences. First time, I had lemonade (9 out of 10 ), today I had strawberry milkshake(7.5 out of 10).

Tried Grape Fruit Tea. It taste quite good at first. Then it became blands after few sips. I ordered normal sugar level. Didn't taste like any tea. There are jellys and real grape (but a bit sour) inside. 7/10 ā

This outlet is tucked away at level 4, at the food court area. The drink is nice and correctly priced. It could attract even more customers. However, it is located in a mall with very little footfall. TBH, I'm wondering how the stores are surviving with the monthly rental yet very little customer numbers within the mall, despite it being located right beside Hang Tuah monorail station.

This outlet got mixue doll collection display which is so cool and cuteeeee !!! I went to this outlet yesterday night 9/3/2024 to get the rose cup sleeve but the cashier guy Chinese with glasses told me it's already finished and the cup sleeve only limited to 150 pcs for a day š btw this mixue located at the highest floor near the garden dining area !!!
