I’m so sad about Mr.DIY cashier girl She don’t has any manner and no respect to customers no smile face even if I smile to her ,every time she yelling the customer But today around this my time she yelling at me in front of people I am so disappointed her even if I am younger then her I am a customer,she didn’t treat like that I can’t accept that I hope she will change attitude

The staff are unwilling to help. And very hard to find. On several occasions they don’t even get off their chair and hand phone to assist. They don’t know their isle numbers and one has to be very persistent to get any assistance which is then extremely slow. And they all try to delegate any assistance to another colleague even though none were busy with anything when I approached them. Because of the bad staff attitude, It is not a pleasure shopping there. The shop is huge so getting useful directions where about to find things is important. The reluctance of staff to be even slightly willing to help is mind boggling and shocking bad. It is very rare I write an unfavourable review and this one is based on the repeated experience I made every time I went there in the last few months - it’s definitely not a one off experience.

Extremely low quality products. Bought a garden water hose from the store, didn't install until two weeks later, and once tried, the hose bulged and burst at multiple points. Brought back to the shop to exchange for better quality hose, but was denied as purchase was over 7 days. Left the low quality hose with them for disposal. Beware of what you are buying here.

I came here just want to buy something to eat. The foods were very cheap compared to other places. The staff was nice and polite. They also sell other stuff as well. I guarantee I will be coming back again. It was worth my everything for coming here.

Even though the other outlet was much closer I wanted to visit the 'Plus' store and let's just say I wasn't disappointed one bit. You could spend hours here and time will pass. Magically your wallet will thin itself out as well since you will see a whole lot of stuff that you didn't know you actually need :) But props to them for well assembled aisles and having nearly everything that you would want from home improvement perspective in particular.

A much bigger and better version of the usual MR.DIY. Spacious, clean, and well-stocked with a wide range of items — from home goods and tools to toys, snacks, and travel accessories. Prices are still affordable, and the shopping experience is more comfortable thanks to the air-conditioned, modern layout. Great for quick buys or casual browsing. Just expect some queues during peak hours.

Lot and lot of items. Variety of toys also. It was unfortunate that we explored this shop at the last moment and did not get time to go through all the areas. This brand has a lot of shops in and around KL. Highly recommended to explore.

One of the largest Mr Diy store I visited. Since the mall having 3 hours free parking promotion, it's great for shopping here and discover more stuff over here. I see alot tourist as not pack and can grab more things u like.

There are many of these dotted around KL, and indeed, Malaysia however we felt this one had great variety. This is a great place to buy items you might need whilst travelling, plug converters, snacks, towels, toiletries, bags, cleaning supplies, pretty much anything you would need and all for a very, very reasonable price. So reasonable, you don't feel guilty if you have to leave them behind.

It's a very nice DIY Store. It has a lot of variety and the place is very clean and spacious, since it is new. I was amazed at the different types of items I could find there, since it was so very well organised. Will come back to get more things for sure.
