DOESNT EVEN WANT TO STEP IN ANYMORE. There’s a super rude Malay male staff, my kid just entered the shop for less than 1min and don’t even touch a thing, he chased us away with a sarcastic look and being very mean. He said “ini bukan tempat mainan!” Even if I’m interested in the product, I would definitely choose other brands for their service and attitude. Attention to the manager of this branch, please look into your staff that is chasing away customers! I believe we are not the only one had this bad experience. If your branch doesn’t welcome kids, please put a sign there 7/12/24

Whoever own this store, please give Yuna a raised. She DESERVED it! I had an eye infection and was forced to wear eye patch. I hate it and wanted to opt out to sunnies instead. Came at your store with the patch on, Yuna treat me as normal person unlike the store I visited earlier. Im a rounded face person and its not easy to find a sunnies that fit. But she instantly disagree and suggested the one i bought. Bubbly, charming and very respectful. Let this star shine! ✨ Thanks Yuna! 🤍

DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! My friend & I walked into the outlet to have a look. However, the store keeper gave a disgusted look & passed insulting comments. He stated something along the lines of "orang kampung" & "kalau tak nak beli janganlah masuk". This is horrendous attitude from the store keeper! Since when is there a rule stating that we cannot browse? Whatever intention of making a purchase went out the window! HORRIBLE SERVICE, ATTITUDE & RACIST!

I visited this store today and the attitude of male staff was horrible. He was not at all interested to show any of the glasses and while leaving store he passed loose comments. They should learn sales how to do sales.

I'm impressed with Mr. Azril Azlan - Manager Outlet explanation of each product Rayban models and specification. I have been many eyeglass spectacles outlets but the staffs are mild knowledge about the rayban models!! Mr Azril is really knowledgeable on his profession. Hope Malaysia Rayban outlet improvise by hired like Mr Azril staff. Sincere thanks for Mr Azril!!!!
