Was there at 5pm, not many people. Only dessert left on the belt. When I was young, I used to love Sushi King but now I would say that Empire Sushi is better:).

Had a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday at Sushi King Lalaport. The food is amazing. Service is on top, served by William. A very friendly staff. Came here at night but William is super energetic and even sang a happy birthday for me š 5 stars for Williamās service āļø Surely will repeat this experience again! š„°

Not satisfied at all, they require to install their app for membership way before seating is down cause for their promo and the steps for registering is just a waste of time, took about 5 min just to register and be seated, what? The ordering system is not user friendly and the staff didnāt bother to walk us through how to use cause itās really complicated just to see how to order, and when weāre done with choosing our food, the system crashed and the iPad was jammed, causing us to re-enter our orders again⦠The food is just poorly prepared, with sushi not assembled properly on the conveyer and the ordering system only allows to order whatās on the āpromoā which you need member to order(?) Weāve ordered 4x double egg sushi and 2x ramen (which is totally a scam from the photo with the smallest sized ramen Iāve seen in my life). Weāve waiting for at least 20min to be told that the items were out of stock, not to mentioned that they have a limited dining period. So basically wasted nearly half an hour for nothing⦠Terrible service, terrible food, horrible experience. Sushi King, please get your things togetherā¦

Went to Sushi King Lalaport for their member weekday promo. I ordered the spicy ramen. And honestly, this might be the worst ramen Iāve ever had (if it even deserves to be called ramen). I mean⦠just look at the egg?? yāall canāt even get a proper ramen egg right? Whatās with this hard-boiled? You think this is laksa Penang isit? And SPICY ramen? Not spicy at all. Chilli flakes, chilli oil not provided. Maybe SPICY is a friend we made along the way š And donāt get me started on the sushi on the belt. Dull and soulless. You can see theyāre not fresh anymore. Plus, the variety? Super limited. Like⦠what happened? Come on, Sushi King. You up the price but the quality rolling straight downhill? BUTTTT the staff deserve 5 stars though! They helped me with the baby chair and smiled throughout. Good service, seriously. Just a shame about the food. Ok bai

Eat here for buffet sushi in puasa month, arrived at 5.36pm Icecream having a weird texture, don't have the expired date on packaging. I am wondering it is fresh or not... Salmon colour looks not fresh.. don't want to try Ebi fry and ebi isobe is not crispy food is so so Will not come again

Dear Sushi King Management, I had the worst dining experience at your Lalaport outlet today, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. My wife and I arrived at around 4:30 PM to find the restaurant almost empty, with only two occupied tables. Despite this, we were left waiting at the entrance with no proper welcome. Seeing no staff attending to us, we eventually seated ourselves while the employees were busy chatting among themselves. We took two plates of edamame and one plate of sushi, only to notice that the ebi tempura sushi was extremely soggy. We also ordered a few other items, but I honestly donāt remember them because I didnāt eat anythingāyet I paid for everything. Service Issues 1. Long wait for a simple drink ā My pregnant wife waited far too long for her hot green tea. When we finally managed to get someoneās attention, they informed us that the order was never placed in the system. While mistakes happen, the lack of attentiveness was frustrating. 2. Questionable food quality ā When the sashimi arrived, I was shocked to see that the salmon was unnaturally pale, almost white in color. This completely ruined my appetite, and we decided to stop eating and leave. 3. Missing orders ā At this point, three other dishes still had not arrived. Unprofessional Payment Process As if the poor service wasnāt enough, the checkout process was equally frustrating. ⢠The cash register was unattended, forcing me to wait even longer just to pay. ⢠A staff member finally arrived but was extremely slow at calculating the billāeven though I was paying for food that never arrived! ⢠As she struggled, she had to call the manager. I expected the manager to come out and address the situation, but to my disappointment, the same inexperienced staff member returned, still struggling to process the bill. ⢠The manager was fully aware of the situation yet chose to hide in the kitchen instead of addressing an unhappy customer. Lack of Basic Customer Service Throughout this ordeal, there was zero communication, zero effort to retain a dissatisfied customer, and zero attempt to apologize. It was as if they just wanted me to pay and leave. They didnāt even bother asking what should be done with the food that never arrived. Frustrated, I left without taking the receipt. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I demand an explanation for this poor service and expect immediate action to address these issues.

It was a great sushi restaurant. The workers were very helpful and polite. I love it very much. The foods were delicious. It was not crowded during the evening at that time. It was worth it.

āāāāā Extremely disappointed with the food quality. I visited Sushi King at Lalaport BBCC and honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at any Sushi King outlet. I ordered the Aburi Tamagoyaki ā and for the first time ever, I had to spit it out. It tasted off, like it had gone bad. My wife ordered a bento set and every single item ā including the rice and protein ā was completely cold. It felt like the food had been left out and just reheated (if at all). While the service was okay, the food quality was unacceptable. This isnāt just a matter of taste ā itās a serious food safety issue. Iām genuinely concerned and will be reporting this to KKM (Ministry of Health) for further inspection. Really disappointing coming from a brand like Sushi King.

Iām really disappointed with Sushi King. The sushi belt looked dirty n filthy , the place felt old and messy. There were not enough staff, slow service, and cramped seats. The floor didnāt feel clean and the sushi looked dry and not fresh. It felt like the restaurant was dying. Definitely not coming back again

I think this store needs a deep cleaning. It's really distubing when I eat here. I hope I get feedback after this restaurant is cleaned up. Thanks
