I recently visited A Saloon -Lala Port and had an amazing experience. I opted for the Hair and Scalp Spa, and it was truly rejuvenating. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and I could feel the difference in the texture of my hair right away. The staff -(Yuni ) was not only efficient but also incredibly sweet, making me feel welcome and pampered throughout my visit. Came to the salon just for a wash and style but ended up deciding to do a scalp treatment on the spot and I’m so glad I did! The team and my stylist was super accommodating and friendly, the whole experience felt incredibly relaxing. My scalp feels refreshed, and my hair looks and feels amazing. Definitely worth it. Will be coming back again!

I've been saving up a bit of money to come here as I heard about some positive remarks! I tried different salons across KL and none of them understood what I wanted. Some even went against my request which is so frustrating! But as soon I told Joanne, who is working at A-Saloon, she knew what I wanted and took about an hour of precise skills to finally perfect my hair! I've never been so satisfied with my hair for nearly 4 years and I felt grateful.
The only cons of this place are the price and the wash lady is a bit hard on my scalp (quite relaxing occasionally), but overall, satisfied! Will come again if I save enough money!

I’m so glad I decided to come here for a haircut. I was hesitant at first, but the friendly staff quickly put me at ease. The lady who washed my hair was very considerate, checking in with me and making light conversation, which made the experience even more comfortable.
I have thin hair but really wanted a wolf cut. The stylist was professional, explained everything clearly, and even gave me styling tips. We ended with a nice chat, which I appreciated.
I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return. I highly recommend giving this place a chance—it deserves more recognition.

Did keratin treatment for the first time and I really enjoyed the experience! I had really frizzy hair so I was advised to go for this treatment. I was served by Yuni, she's really kind and friendly and answered all the questions I had regarding the maintenance and advice based on my hair type. 5/5 experience, would definitely come back again

The lady who did my hair was incredibly kind and professional—she took the time to explain each step of the treatment, which I really appreciated. Had a really really good time here :)) I did wash and blow + treatment. the person who catered me really took care of my hair, and the massages gave me a total sense of relaxation. I did my hair colour, treatment and cut with SK and her team. It was an absolute pleasure doing my hair with them. They are so nice, caring gentle and professional. Best service ever.
