I had bought a herbal tea which is RM8 and wanted to pay by TNG. The lady used the paying machine to scan my TNG QR code, my phone shows already paid and with receipt. But the machine loading for so long because of line no good idk and she mentioned that she didn’t receive the money and want us to pay another RM8 by cash and let us come back later to check whether they receive the RM8 of tng or not.
After we come back, change another worker said that they didn’t receive. Then I was trying to ask her to scan the barcode of my TNG receipt to check whether got record or not, but she said their machine show no record means no receive and refused to scan the barcode. And said is not their problem with an impatient tone. Then my TNG deducted a RM8 after they scan my qrcode with their paying machine is my problem?
So I paid a RM16 for a small herbal tea.

I would like to address and provide feedback regarding my bad experience that I had today in Lalaport's branch and as a regular customer, I felt disappointed on the quality of staff that you had.
This happened on 2023/12/30 9.40pm-9.50pm at Lalaport's Branch. It's written in Google My Business that the shop will be closed at 10pm. My sick friend had experienced a rejection to purchase the drink around 9.40pm as the lady staff mentioned the shop was closed.
I had experienced another rejection of using e-wallet to purchase "bottled drink" at 9.45pm. And even WORSE I was being SCOLDED by the lady staff when I was trying to ask whether card was acceptable. My friend saw the situation and came to help me to pay in cash, and the staff was very impolite, asking him "Can you speed up?".
After all these happened, she even used a bad attitude to "educate" me, saying "When I told you the system cannot be used, it means e-wallet and bank cannot be used lahh" in a frustrated way. How on earth that you will have this kind of staff that can scold customer, rush customer and educate customers?! Such a bad attitude.
I truly wish that the management team can look into this and take serious action to ensure an at least basic customer service standard to prevent another bad customer experiences like this ever again.
I've always been a regular customer and it's such a bad experience that I had in this Lalaport's branch. I'd like to reiterate how disappointing I am to a point where it has ruined my 2024 new year mood and excitement.
KWT was supposed to be a herbal drink store that provides convenience by having so many outlets that are easily accessible. I truly hope that the services provided would be as excellent as the products you're providing.

A regular here but yet they close at 9.30am on a Saturday of a long holiday weekend? Doesn’t make sense to me.

Rest at 625pm Friday, ridiculous.

Don't get me wrong, poor service attitude doesn't mean you should be irritated by the waiter or ask for treatment like an emperor.
Don't act like you deserve a beating.
