The products are pretty nice and comfortable, however the staff aren’t really welcoming and only helps us when we ask. Otherwise, they will ignore us.

Best customer service ever!!! If you want to compare it with other outlets. There are lots of goods and there are cheap prices like Genting or Mitsui factory outlets.

My go-to Adidas Originals store, and I have bought multiple pairs from this outlet. The shoes selection may be limited, but quite up to date and nice. This outlet replenish new stock design frequently. The price is the main factor, as is cheaper than normal Adidas stores and other discounted outlets. The customer service is always excellent and friendly every time I visit. Tip is if you like the shoes on display, ask the CS, and he will be happily to assist.
