Is there only one staff available? Everytime I come here the staff is not available. I have to walk all the way to times square to order boost.

It's boost, so the drinks more or less the same. The girl taking orders not friendly, but the guy making the drinks serving with a big smile (maybe his 1st day, so the life hasn't been sucked out of him)

went there at 9 may , around 6pm + , the last time I was served by a Malay woman which is good service , maybe they change staff time to time , and this time I would say the staff did not did a good service , is boost giving up on sales? then better just close down the store if no action taken . I hope boost do well in the future and do not neglect small outlet like this one . bad service equal to bad reputation.

Very bad experience. Never waited this long at other boost outlet just to get a drink! Waited about 30 minutes just to get to order my drink. I was the third in queue. Two other customers behind me just left for waiting too long. We wanted to leave too but already wait this long so we just wait patiently plus other beverage shop just about to closing. Staff are very inexperienced. Couldn’t answer when i request for the free drink. She needs to ask the other staff the question i asked her, for a few times. The station is very small. The ingredients/fruits are not ready. Witnessed with my eyes that the lady staff wear the glove to cut fruits but touched the trolley afterward and continue to cut the fruits. Very unhygienic. Lost my patience when the one queue behind me got their order first before me! I asked the staff where’s my drink, why other people got their drink first when i was the next in line. The staff just repeat my drink’s name and said ‘KEJAP’. No single SORRY from both of the staff. Not one, but TWO other customers behind me got their orders before me! So basically, i waited 30 MINUTES just to get to order at 9.42pm and 20 MINUTES just to get my drink ready at 10.03pm. Total 50 minutes ++ just for a drink! VERY VERY BAD! Just totally improve and change tho whole staff or permanently close this outlet! Wasted people’s time!

The atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, the 2 female staffs lacked warmth and friendliness. The drinks were quite ordinary, falling short of the offerings at other outlets.

Understand people's reviews about this place but would say it doesn't really deserve 1 star overall - the service is definitely not amazing but to be but they obviously are just not paid loads and work in a mall. She wasn't rude to me but wasn't friendly. We got the gym junkie smoothie and tasted the same as when we've got it from other boost juice bars - rated 5 stars for food because it's always been good and it's hard to get enough protein here

Well what can I say, if your staff cannot remember the new drinks please don't make them available in the first place. I tried to order the new berry drinks and even pointed out at the promo stand, instead the staff were just straight forward to make from the original menu instead, no confirmation, no asking. If this is the situation please just throw the new drinks menu away and stick to what they know. Good brand, hell experience.

Came on a Saturday 7:50pm, there were no one serving customer at the counter. 10 mins later, noticed 2 stuff return sitting behind the counter having their meal. Wanted to order but was declined, staff said “no more ice.” ARE YOU SERIOUS? I can’t believe a Boost store is open and operating without having the most basic ingredient ICE. The staff didn’t apologize and I felt like they were not sincere or responsible to manage their role. The management should take necessary action on their staff. Please evaluate them.

Well I think the two staff giving up bringing in sales for the company. We been standing there for 2min. They saw us but didn’t bother to greet us. Purely ignoring us and keep doing their cleaning. We just left and order from the drink next to them.

The staff attitude is super bad. Worst ever. No manner at all. Feel like he doesnt even wanna work at all. Hopefully owner could notice this and replace a better staff for the brand sake. The skinny malay staff who has a goat beard.

0 stars if I have a choice. Waited at the booth for around 10mins. After 10mins one male staff came back, when I want to order he said he is on break need to wait another 30mins. What kind of juice bar / restaurant in shopping Center have lunch break, if you don’t want do business just close down the shop. Your workers don’t care to do business at all, just fire them

Forgot my order, one of the staff took my order, served the customer in front of me, then went to wash something, and came back and took the order of the customer behind me and served them first. When approached I asked them if they forgot my order and they said they did not. Waited more than 30 minutes to get my drink.

I had a great experience at this Boost Lalaport. thanks to Zyra! She was super friendly, greeted me with a smile, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. My juice was perfect, and her positive attitude made my day. highly recommend!
