I recently came to Calisto for visioncare, Kelvin helped my mum to repair her broken glasses which is loose, for this situation, limited can fix it. He didn’t charge us any price, instead I’m writing this for a favour for them which they definitely deserved. His attitude is a 100%, a kind, friendly and respectful worker. Tries his best to keep everything in planned and fixed, if you don’t collect them in time, that’s a no problem, they will care for you. Highly recommended, if you want to repair any damaged parts in your glasses and well displayed glasses on the shelf.

I came into this store and ask if they can adjust my glasses, because I didn’t buy the glasses from here, I figure they will charge me. Not only they didn’t charge me. But was happy to help me. They also help me find a reading glasses. Very friendly owners.

This is for the rude uncle who asked me to go look at other shops because I'm so free. Your lack of customer service is the reason there is no one at your shop lol. I highly recommend others to go to SpectacleX instead: better service, better choices, and a good price point without the lazy and aggressive attitude. Enjoy your closing sir!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would definitely recommend this optical shop to anyone who is looking for a very professional customer service, variety of options of specs and kinds of lens and the plethora of services offered. Also, super on time updates via whatsapp is highly appreciated. Kudos to Mr. Lai Chee Hoong, very very helpful- he did eye exam for me to make sure the eye grade is accurate. Great service! Thank you. My new favourite shop ❤️

Visiting as a tourist and bought a pair of Oakleys here after my £2 sunglasses from Thailand turned out to be fake - no shock there though 😂 Staff were very nice and friendly, didn't push too much and gave us space to try pairs on. Got an email receipt too with 1 year warranty... Not that I'll be back in KL too soon but good to have. Oakleys we're £80 which is a great deal, will update if they turn out to be low quality but on first inspection seems like a good deal 🤝
