Came at early morning. You can smell the pee and the feces quite a distance from outside the store. That was a huge turn off. The pet supplies and food is well stocked with very good prices. I want to say the pee smells are only the litter box area but that is untrue, it’s also in the retail areas at random corners. The cats (for sale) seem to share a tiny litter box that doesn’t seem to be cleared regularly, cats were very depressed. Not the best way to display or show cats for sale. Definitely not inviting for potential buyers.
I was feeling nauseated and left due to the in store experience. Didn’t get the chance to try the cat cafe area sadly. All the “good reviews” are for the cat cafe area but not for the retail space. Both of these areas are part of the same business so it’s really disappointing to see the cats being treated very differently.
Really really hope something can be done so future customers will not have the same experience as I did. All the best.

Overall for 30min at 30rm per pax it was alright though the cats weren’t in the best condition and as previous reviews did mention you could smell the poop and pee around the entire inside and the cats were only very active when it came to treats where you get for 9rm toys and the shoes can be get from the locker room area though cleanness was quite clean but overall I wouldn’t really recommend unfortunately. There’s a pet stall outside as well selling the stuff needed to take care of the pets. And a area which they sell the cats.

Empty, deserted atmosphere. Not looking good if they are aiming for a more inclusive environment for furparents of all kinds of pet species. I don't think the store lives up to its name of its origin country. Nothing bad about the place, but it just feels lacking in something.

Pungent smell of poo and pee even before entering the cat cafe. RM30 for 30 minutes. Can add on RM9 for their wet food. There's a lot of cats inside, however most of them do not like to be touch and are not interactive with you unless you have food. Which is true to an extent when it comes to cats. The cat cafe inside is relatively clean and spacious. Cat toys are placed before the locker area for you to choose. There are no staff inside to ensure the cats do not go into the locker area.

If you love cats, you have to visit this place! They have so many different breeds from fluffy Persians to playful Bengals all in one spot. The best part is that you can interact and play with them for such an affordable price. The cats are well-groomed, friendly, and clearly used to being around people. It’s such a fun and relaxing experience, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Is a cool and big place, it got two part, one is the petshop and another one is the cat cafe. Is not a normal cafe, it didn't serve you food, just literally a big and comfortable space for you to chill around with the cat. The fee is RM30 for 30 min or RM70 for a day. I buy for the 30min one and feel like the time is rush and not enough. My suggestion is you can bring along your work or something, go there earlier, buy yourself a full day and just sit there whole day chill doing your things and have a bunch of curious furball trying to see what you are doing. A soft reminder that most of the cat is not that friendly if you want to hug it or pick it up, might end up getting bite or scratch if force to, even if you do it gently, they don't like it, so just chill and sit down, eventually they will get around you naturally and then you can slowly pet them. Some of the cat might not be that healthy as I can see some of them have eye infection when I last visit there, hopes the shop owner aware of this and treat them well.

Love this place! recommended to come on weekdays. When i first went in theres like cats on display, if im not wring you can buy them. They also sell cat stuff. Then when i went to the counter to buy (I went on a monday weekday) Rm30 for 30 minutes Rm70/75 for one day pass if not mistaken, but i bought for only rm30 and the staff actually gave me 1 hour instead +rm9 if you want to buy treats for the cats. Theres. A locker room for you to put your things and also before entering the cat room you must wash your hands and select a toy and headband (optional) make sure the cats doesnt get in the locker room because they are forbidden. You cat adopt one of the cats in the cat room if one of it is your favorite! Careful not to get scratched by the cats, but its very rare i only got one small one. But i do recommend to come 👍

Absolutely purr-fect cat café experience! 😻 The staff were not only super helpful but clearly fluent in “cat language”—they explained the rules (or should I say mew-les) like pros. The cats? 10/10—fuzzy, fabulous, and full of sass. One tried to steal my heart… and my cake. The whole vibe was cozy, calming, and full of whiskers. 🐾
Will I be back? Try stopping me—I’ve already mentally moved in. 🐱☕💕

Great place to soak an entire afternoon. Fill with cats, comic books and clean environment. Place is free from nasty smells. Thanks to staff that are consistently seen cleaning up the place.
Paid RM70 for the whole day pass which we took our late lunch outside and return again. Worthwhile trip for cat lovers.
