Walked in today for a last minute birthday gift for my girlfriend as I am leaving on an early flight tomorrow morning, normally their customizations take a week, but Mint was incredibly helpful and set up a same day express order for me. She even arranged for a grab driver to deliver it to my hotel that night! Absolutely incredible service! I can’t wait to show my girlfriend she’s going to absolutely love it. I can’t recommend this place enough, great place to go for any kind of customized jewelry in KL.

The store's sales rep Suwen was so patient with us. We tried on more than 10 pairs of rings and she was very patient, kind and joyful throughout the whole process. She even suggested a few pairs to us. We left the shop satisfied and happy with the product we bought.

Couple Lab ring is honestly super pretty and price is very reasonable. I really recommend you guys to grab it now. Their service is better than branded stores too. Especially Mint❤️
