I ordered latte. Their latte taste like 100% milk only, no coffee at all. Taste extremely light until i don’t think i’m drinking coffee

Scammed, I asked for brown sugar pearl, and they replaced with brown sugar jelly without telling me that brown sugar pearl was out of stock. Only after I showed them what I dug out from the drink then they tell me no stock. They didn't even offer to cancel or refund at counter, so I wasted RM12.90 for a drink that I don't even want. Do not buy from here if you want to get useless customer service.

We came more than once because my parents love to have coffee in the morning and i also really liked their Belgian chocolate. The lady who would make our orders was really nice and added more milk for the coffee when i asked her. The cups are also big!

Very aromatic and smooth coffee, reasonable prices & friendly, helpful, and appreciative staff makes it a strong four stars rating. Came today to enjoy croissants at the only Malaysian branch of the popular Japanese bakery DONQ (1/2 minute walk from Dee Coffee, both are on the LG level). It’s great to have the coffee here because that bakery does not sell any coffee or drinks. Definitely give the coffee a try when you are here, and the bakery too- it’s a unique treat from Japan (a little Japanese spin on the traditional French bakery). The service provided was unsatisfactory, and the packaging was of poor quality. I hope the owner can put more effort into the service, food and packaging quality.

Finally... I found authentic Thai coffee in KL! Have been searching high and low for coffee like the kind you find in Thailand, and this is it! Priced at about RM10.90/cup, you get a decent sized drink which tastes damn delicious! This will be my go-to coffee spot everytime I stop by Lalaport.

Not sure if it’s usually like this, but the staff working today needs to be trained much better.. Wrong orders with only 2 items (!), confused with hot vs. cold .. couldn’t tell difference between latte and cappuccino, and I think that 7/11 coffee is better.

Ordered Americano Ice W/0 Sugar @Rm9.90 I like it cus it taste better than Starbucks'. P.S. Almost comparable to The Coffee Bean's. 😉
