Went to G-Shock Lalaport outlet on the 16th April 2025. I’ve arrived quite late at around 915 pm. Store almost close already. However the salesman at the time, Mr Rafee is very helpful and friendly. A fellow G-Shock fan too, he showed me some model that I could consider, as I’m looking for a G-Shock with different colours that I already have. He showed me model GA-010CE with latest colours. The next day I went here again to buy my latest G-Shock collection. Thanks to Mr Rafee’s suggestion and pitching that eventually helped me decide to purchase the watch. I recommend you guys to come here and meet Mr Rafee, he’ll help you and maybe show you the best model that could suits you.

No Service very bad. When i asking can change g shock battery here the staff reply: "No. U have to go service center." 2 staff are playing mobile games on that time. Sorry ya i kacau you both

Flew up to KL in anticipation of a product launch on the 17th. Turns out they changed the launch date ‘last minute’ to the 15th instead. Was also unable to reach them via the phone number.

Everytime i come, the staff goes for lunch. The staff left contact number also cannot be reached. Do you guys know how to run business or not?

One of the staff was giving me that 'eh u got money ke to buy?' look. The tall one. Come on la you're selling G shock only not Patek Philippe.

We came here somewhat by chance today with my wife because she was looking for a watch, and the experience was very pleasant. The seller was incredibly friendly, patient, and truly attentive. Indeed, we spent a lot of time in the store looking at and trying on many watches. The seller never rushed or oppressed us, he was always very patient, respectful and smiling. It took a lot of time for us. When we told him of our intention to consider purchasing, he gave us the references of the watches we might like so that we could make our choice without hurrying, which we really appreciated. Finally we came back an hour later and bought two watches, a Baby-G for my wife and a G-shock for me. Incidentally, I had the protective film on one of my watches, a Garmin, replaced for a very reasonable price. The seller took great care in carrying out this operation. The service was truly perfect from start to finish, thank you.
