The staff who on shift at 28/11/23(2.40pm) is very rude and bad attitude. She have no intend to serve me and my friend, any I asked for less ice, she was shouting at me, how rude! At the whole time we were asking and ordering politely but we received bad attitude service, we're so disappointed. Please improve ur staff service, I've been to many Gongcha branch, and I've never had such a horrible experience.

The staff who on shift at 6/5/23(1.30pm) is having a very bad attitute towards customer. I called her twice when I wanna take order but she do not respond to me and continue to do her own stuffs. When taking order she use a very unfriendly approach which makes me feel very uncomfortable. Instead, Gong Cha should make sure you select a correct person to work with you, else your staff will chase the customer away with their bad attitute!

~9pm 05.04.2024 the seller neglected other customers completely. He was speaking with 2 girls on the counter for about 10 min and even when they had left, he did not pay any attention for us. So we left without buying anything. Ugly service.

Ekin staff, if I'm not mistaken, please improve your customer service. face frowning sour & not smiling at all? be professional. if you are not in the mood or have a problem with the other staff, that is not my problem. be professional. Other customers are also afraid and hesitant to order when you treat customers like that.

Goncha is a tapioca drink chain store. I think it's easy to find because it's inside LaLaport and there are other rice and dessert shops lined up. However, the seats are shared with other restaurants, so if it's crowded, it might be difficult to sit comfortably. (However, it's not that crowded most of the time.) It's popular among young Japanese people because it has menu items you don't see in Japan, and you can buy it at a slightly cheaper price than in Japan.
