Everything else about the cinema was great — clean facilities, comfortable seats, and an overall nice environment. However, I had a disappointing experience with one of the cinema attendants on the premiere day of the F1 movie. The staff member was rude and sarcastic, which really soured what should have been an enjoyable visit. It didn’t feel very tourist-friendly, and it honestly ruined my day. I’m still giving 4 stars because the cinema itself was fine, but I hope they improve their customer service moving forward.

Cinema was built well - but they have 3 ticket machines, 1 of which is completely switched off, the other will let you use it until you have to pay, then it breaks, so there’s 1 machine for everyone to get tickets and food. Given the fact they are a lot of staff working you would think they could help, but no they are all much too busy talking behind the counter and will only give you what you ordered from the machine. Popcorn is all cold, the drinks don’t have straws, but instead come with some weird lid that is awkward. Few of the drinks machines are broken also. Staff are super slow serving. The place where you scan your ticket has 2 dates, one of which is (you guessed it) broken - staff member there also is a bit of a smart ass. I was at the BigAtmos screening - the only difference I could see from this, and a normal one, was that the volume was turned way up - nearly too high at times but you adjust. Not worth it at all. The movie was good! But wouldn’t be returning to this cinema.

With this review, I would like to show my sincere gratitude & offer a bundent of credit to Ms. Amira & Mr. Aidid! Even though Aidid is just a trainee, yet the quality of service that he delivere was above standard & superb! As for Amira, she is such an angel! Eventually the service that she offered me was way beyond she supposed to deliver! I just bought a new cute "Stitch" tumbler from the counter & out of expectation, she asked me if I need a rinse since the tumbler is newly opened. Even though it's just a simple gesture, I'm so pleased & touched by the service she offered. Thanks in a million, as your thoughtful help is very much appreciated! 🥰🥰🥰

It's my first time experience watch movie in KL, the theatre is decent, unique design, and clean. Staff were friendly and the most important is the screen is clear and not dark.

One of GSC Branch that located in Lalaport Bukit Bintang with unique themes. Decent place to watching movie and not too crowded.
