went here on 31/7 night, around 830pm ish and the guy staff at the cashier was so polite and soft spoken!! checkout was smooth and clear. kudos to him ✨

This Guardian outlet is not a pharmacy store. This outlet is more like grocery store because this branch does sell medicine. Or maybe the pharmacists is always not working or on leave on a normal working day.

there are no pharmacists to help, consultants are also absent. the only workers are cashiers who know nothing about medicine. this place is overcrowded with customers but there is no one to help. the selection of medicine is very poor, even basic medicine is absent

Nice spacious shopping atmosphere. always have good weekend offers. Staffs are helpful, warm & friendly. Shop manager also always smiling face welcome customers.

Guardian putting so much effort for branding since year 1967, extremely upset when individual staff attitude cause unhappy customer. Customer dissatisfaction happen when customer is reading the product label and explain to customer's family member, the way the security guard look at the customer like judging the customer is trying to seal product. Own opinion is security guard is suppose to call storekeeper for help customer, the way this security guard treating customer is rude and not professional.

I came here regularly, almost 2 years. Everymonth come to restock my things. And the pharmacist (a Chinese girl) over here is still annoying as ever, and for what liao? 😂 she’s giving arrogant and condescending vibes all the time! Today is the day I choose to give this honest review!!! After almost 2 years trying to stay calm!!!!! even every time i try to control my tone, bcs of how rude her tone is, like duhhhh i still dont get whats up with the attitude :( nobody even disturb u

Visited this Guardian branch at Lalaport today. Pharmacist was helpful and explained things with a nice demeanour. (Also with the customer before me.) Good service and smooth experience.

Had a very bad experience today! At one moment, the free gift was available...but while choosing the products to purchase so as to redeem the f halfway, the free gift was taken by another customer!

Despite having 5 employees around the shop and a security guard, the pharmacy is "closed today", a Thursday. Why?
