Firstly, food is good. The curry has just the right texture and very fragrant. The beef was slightly tough but pairs well with piping hot curry. There's free tea (hot/cold) provided.
Moving on to the service. The cashier lady looked like she was in a sour mood. Then, when my friend got a voucher after purchasing his meal, he gave me the voucher to use for my order. But the cashier said cannot be used on the same day. I checked and this wasn't even stated on the voucher. Not the best service.

So, we waited here for over 45 minutes for our food. Originally 3 of us arrived here to take the challenge, however we were told we couldn't do so at the time due to how packed the area is, we understand that, we arrived at 2pm, which was no issue, we ordered other food.
We waited for 45 minutes for our food to be delivered. Not only we waited for 45 minutes for our food, by the time we were done eating, our table has still not been cleaned of the plates/trays/food residue of the PREVIOUS patrons.
Also on the topic of Cleanliness, if you are aware that your restraunt is lacking staff, hire more. The restraunt cleanliness condition is a joke. Food trays and residue were left on tables, food scraps and trash littered the floor, and worse of all, the service staff piled the dirty dishes that contained contaminated Food Residue and trash INFRONT of the Communal Sauce Station, we couldn't even put the sauce plate on the sauce counter to fill it.
The food itself is subpar, but please take what I said regarding the food with a grain of salt because I'm still angry over the situation as a whole. We ordered the Signature Beef Steak Omelette curry rice.
Where do I even begin. First off, the Curry tastes like it was made from a cheap box curry. The bwwe feels and taste like it wasn't even defrosted before cooking, I find it amazing they managed to Undercook and Burn the steak at the same time.
Overall, I will not be coming back here, and I suggest other customers to do the same. The service here today on the 23rd of December, 2pm is absolutely abysmal.

The rice too much water and become a bit mushy. Water melon slice too thin, miso soup less miso taste too watery. The management should be more alert

Horrible service and environment, so understaffed to the point all tables got leftover tray and plates. Mediocre food, order medium beef it came out raw in some parts and burnt in some parts, waited 45 minutes for this and it was past lunch hour (2:30 p.m.) better to take your money elsewhere.

Decline my order due to I want to order kids meal and I have no kid with me (hello you guys dont want to make any business?) The large portion is not really large, just the plate that is large. And there is slow air conditioner, plus fly everywhere. Staffs at counter not friendly at all. Will not repeat. First and last dine in in this restaurant

Is there no QC for food quality here? "Miso soup" here is oily hot water with a few leaves. Gyudon is so bland. On my previous visit, the curry was water-like and katsu dry & thin.
Please focus on improving the food instead of expanding rapidly.
I'd rather not give any stars if possible.

My go to spot whenever I visit Lalaport, I do hope they would consider expanding the store since it's a popular spot and there aren't a lot of seats available. Food quality is good and consistent and lots of options to choose from

The food is bit salty. Love the curry which is different from Msian curry. So many menus available yet only few beverages offered. This is the very first time I found restaurant in malls providing free tea drinks.

Reasonable prices for the quality. The beef steak was tender for the price. Personally wished the curry was spicier tho

i tried their chicken cutlet omurice L size. cannot finish it. i suggest just eat the normal size, much cheaper too. not much difference. i choose the dumplings and miso soup set. it was fine.
second visit i choose buttermilk rice set normal size and free fried chicken as i bring the previous voucher. the chicken was great but the buttermilk gravy was too oily to my liking. can’t finish it. super jelak.
my previous voucher already expired but i will come again to try their beef. our waiting time was around 15mins and it was acceptable for me. the store was understaffed so we clean up our own table. it was no problem for me as the tables were also full that time.
great experience. will visit again.

Recently visited the restaurant and the service was quick (we went around 2:30 pm) and we tried Beef steak omelette curry set and Chicken golden curry set.
Both were good and the beef curry was tasty
Only the cabbage was bitter other than that the food was good

The food is delicious and comes in generous portions. The environment is beautiful. Highly recommended!

so the shtick here is the challenge, which piles high on a table-sized dish. to be consumed in 40 mins. the aspirants were still sitting when we left, shaking and shuddering at their life choices.
that all said, the product is good. the omurice is rich and velvety smooth. the prawn is tasty and toothsome. best of all, the petai kicks against the richness of the gravy.
the takoyaki side, by contrast, is light and fluffy.

I recently tried a bowl of authentic Japanese curry, and honestly—it’s comfort food on a whole new level.
Unlike Indian or Thai curries, Japanese curry is milder, thicker, and slightly sweeter, with a rich, velvety texture that hugs every bite. The aroma is subtle, but once it hits your tongue you get layers: first a mellow sweetness, then a cozy umami depth, and finally a gentle kick of spice at the end.
