I needed a gym when I came to back to KL from the UK for a month and life & fitness gave me the best option. I really enjoyed using the equipments as they were top tier with a variety of machines that helped accommodate my workouts. I was fortunate enough to meet Yousof while I was there and he was such a friendly face every time I went to workout. I wanted to say thank you to Lewis, who is one of the personal trainers at the gym regarding his knowledge that was beneficial for me. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I would recommend Sey. I have had personal training with Sey and he is a responsible personal trainer. He is a trainer who will not cancel classes easily and always on time.
This gym is open 24 hours. The gym is clean and well equipped. The gym itself has a cozy atmosphere and the on duty staff are always available.
In addition, there are various classes here including yoga, Muay Thai, Zumba, etc. All the trainers are friendly and make every class fun.
Overall, this is a gym I would highly recommend.

Very spacious gym with all the necessary exercise machines. Everything is new, there is a lot of space;) I really liked the lighting and atmosphere. If you are looking for a gym nearby with everything you need, this is the ideal option!

Its a good option for training..it has a lot of equipment, the place is spacious and cozy, the shower and toilet is extra clean..PA are nice and really helpful. Locker always available and safe. Drinking spot also available for free.
