Ridiculous experience. First time visited lalaport yesterday and I was told that I must register myself first by giving name and hp before I can even enter into this store! I clearly told the Philippines male staff that I just want to visit for window shopping, he disallowed me to go in and told me that they are collecting customer data. So if I not giving my personal data, I cannot go in!
First time I heard going in into a shop for window shopping must register ourselves and expose our personal data. Malaysia as personal data law protection. This is ridiculous and I will never visit any store under melium or m store lab!
I hope the relevant authority will take action on them also as they cannot force customer to give their personal data.
