If possible, I would give 0 stars. Went in at 9.40pm on 24/12 and it was a malay lady working. SO SO RUDE! My sister went to her saying the money was not going in the machine and she started yelling at us saying “click next, click next then put the money in”. I did not pay money to get yelled at in the mall. So disappointed.

Machine place for display only, slow machine, weak line and TOTALLY no photo print out even show “printing”! And no contact for Customer Service!

Bad experience ever! The photo is over exposure. And the staff agree with it also. But the boss not allow to retake and told that this is not their problem. Wow!? What an answer. Hello? I wasted rm20 buy a spoil picture and you serve us this way. What a good business man!! Dear consumer, If you wish to have same experience like me. You can go for it! Really fxx off and spoil my weekend.

This lady said she is the owner, very sus 🤪🤪🤪 i want to pay, she didnt want money when we want purchase at 08.30, even not serve us when we ask for chair & didnt give us plastic for the photo. Very rude!!! …

Total crap, stay away from this scam. Why take two photos then print two copies of the same photo? Photos were over exposed and cut half of my head off because I’m 5’10”. Can’t select no border, all photos have stupid decoration overlaid. Avoid

The price as low as RM15 for 2 printed photos (4 pictures each). Then you will get digital video and digital picture also. But CASH only! The experience is so fun!!

The magic photo booth machine reminds me Japanese photo sticker machine that was no longer available in Malaysia. The magic photo booth was superbbb fun! The price is reasonable-MYR15/MY20 only for 2 pieces of photos ! Other places/country is more expensive. We can even scan the QR codes on the photos to get our video and copy of our photos. But not all QR works :(. Only cash accepted and you must be fast changing your pose.

Fast self-service in the Lalaport Mall, with funny accessories like banana hat or mushroom sunglasses. Give it a try. Different formats, different prices (see the photos). If you wanna have a nice souvenir with friends or your loved one, go there. It's fun.

Took my money and didn’t give me a refund saying tht the machine was broken the machine didn’t even give me my pictures wtf and when i ask for help the lady just said it was my fault cuz i touched the screen
