There were so many cover options to choose from, and I found the perfect one for my needs. The service was quick, and I received my custom journal in no time. Highly recommend!

Wow, okay so let me say. I bought like 9 mossery books during the Christmas sale/discount for my family. Here's why. I met Careen (one of the store clerks) from a Waka Waka event and she has been wonderful ever since. She was willing to invite me to her shop in LaLaport and allowed me to get same day binding and embossing. She was such a dear when helping me pick out the customizable papers and friendly beyond words. The service was wonderful and would definitely come again if I ever need a beautiful book cover and specific notebook needs. Loved the whole experience. Although the prices were a little more expensive, it's really cause the designs are made by original artists and are truly beautiful.

So I stumbled upon Mossery inside BookXcess and it’s such a cute place. Loved their journal covers and purchased 1 journal as a gift for a friend. Personally, I’m more into adult colouring/painting and I previously purchased their art kit and I saw they have more designs now. Can’t wait to get their art kit again. The fact that the full art kit comes with tools and also has a guide to show on how to achieve similar colour effects to the international artist’s design. Their staffs Lyne and Arif are super friendly and bubbly. They took their time to explain things and also help me choose the journal cover. They even do wrapping for free if you purchase above 200. Pretty happy with their things as well as their service here.

An overall lovely experience! I've been getting my Mossery planner since 2019 & it's a dream of mine to visit the store itself. It was everything I expected. The staff were so lovely & helpful. Patient and took the time to take care of all the finer details to make sure its a pleasant experience for the customers. The space is so beautifully placed, easy to find everything as well.

Miss Ma'am Careen is sooo friendly and helpful and cheerful despite our dilly dallying and nitpicking over our personalised designs. I won't go into details about how she went the extra mile to help us because I don't want other people to be as pesky as us HAHAHA kesian Aunty she is tired of us!! As usual, love Mossery's vibe and product quality and the artwork styles! Always have the best experience with their crew.
