I have high expectation despite being hailed as Japanese Ikea but nothing much interesting product that attracted me.
I recognized their product quality is quite good ie solid table & bed frame but design is so plain & dull. Beside, price not pocket friendly though.
Anyway, kudos to Nitori for opening their outlet in Malaysia. I will stick with Ikea.

This outlet truly stands out with a wider selection of bed frames compared to other places I've visited.
What really impressed me was the staff – they were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and took the time to provide us with all the information we needed. Their expertise definitely helped us feel confident in making the right decision.
I'll definitely be visiting this outlet again!

Love the fact that they have beds for the elderly and physically challenged, along with quite a few interesting items for home and kitchen.
Their dining tables and chairs are a bit low.
However, they need to clear those "pretend customers" who "pretend" to test the furnitures for along time, when actually they are resting for free. Real customers couldn't test.

Very nice environment. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. I like their sofa's. Their bedding and sofa has warranty. Check with staff to be sure. Very comfortable and a good selection of choices. Generally standard price I think. Good selection of kitchen utensils. The expensive shelf's are nice and made of wood. But the cheap are laminated chip boards, not as nice. Had a good experience here so far.

Bought 2 hanging mirrors , a stainless kitchen tool set and an antibacteria cutting board. The prices were reasonable with the quality of the products.
Very interestingly , a surau is even provided for Muslims to perform their prays.

Finally a new choice for Malaysia consumer to get home furniture and decorations. It’s a retail company from Japan located in Lalaport BBCC.
It’s spacious here. I like the choice of a smaller more minimalist kind of furniture that is available here. You can find dining table with shorter legs, which is still comfortable. There are many smaller size sofa choices here too!
Products looks nice and quality are solid.

We have come to recognise "Made in Japan" as a benchmark of quality. Products (mainly kitchen wares, interior furnishing, bedding, curtain, bathroom fixture) offer by the Japanese equivalent of IKEA stand testament to that fact.

Spacious, bright and clean. Like Japanese version of Ikea in muji style. You can get cheaper items compare other shop. Will visit again if something needed from here. I left with empty handed this time.

Lots to see and shop here, which is something like a Japanese IKEA. They have bedding, cookware, sofas, storage, bathroom items, curtains and much more. Most items here are at a premium price but there are some which are reasonable for the quality. Interestingly, they even have cat themed clocks on sale.

Newly opened home decor retailer company from Japan in the KL city center. Located inside their signature Mitsui Shopping Mall. Easy to find and oark. Quite spacious and wide range of choices of home decor and interior items such as bed lining, matresses, furniture,,lighting, kitchenware, accessories etc.I purchased some in my recent visit and reasonably priced. But the return or exchange period for goods is 14 days. Friendly customer service.

This is one of my favorite shops in Japan and it's great luck that they've opened a huge shop here! It's like a (much) better quality japanese Ikea - a little bit like Muji actually. There's a good selection of furniture, bedding, kitchenware and other such household items. I'll be coming back here to get more stuff!!

Went here because I was curious what’s inside the store. Well a lot of unique things that you buy to fill up your house, household.
This just like IKEA but japan version, not complex and talking about the price is standard but i understood this bc of their nice quality and I feel like they have everything you need.

My cousin who studied in Japan suggested me to drop by this store.
I think this place is a good change from IKEA. It’s not as huge as IKEA, but it covers pretty much the essentiels that one needs. It does gives sort of a minimalistic vibes when you walk in here, sort of like Muji, but more homely. Which I really like.
In terms of variety of products, it goes from kitchenware, beds , sofas and coffee tables, home office, and even curtain. You will see quite a number of choices in each categories, but it is not too much. This is good as it doesn’t overwhelm you with too much of option.
Next, I would say that the product quality looks decent. I bought a few stuff from the store but have yet to try them. Will give this post an update once I do. In terms of price, it is affordable. Staff are friendly too.
And don’t forget to download the LaLaPort app to redeem your points. Can be use like a cash voucher I think. Can be redeemed later on at any store apparently.
