This place has so much potential. However, the service was quite slow, and it was inconvenient to keep trying to get the staff’s attention. At one point, three staff members were nearby arranging tables, but once they were done, they walked away quite quickly. A quick glance around the room to check if any guests needed assistance would have made a big difference. If they had done that, they would have easily noticed us raising our hands to get their attention or heard us calling out for them. There’s also no call button to make things easier. Maybe the management can think about adding a call button… it could make things easier for both customers and staff.
We ordered a latte, but the cup came with a lipstick stain. We sent it back, and they replaced it immediately. We appreciate the quick response, but it would be better if all cups, plates, and utensils were properly checked and cleaned before being served. At first, we thought it was just us, but later we overheard another customer complaining about their cup too.
We had the big breakfast and the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. Both dishes were really good, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. No complaints about the food. The tomato soup was hot, creamy, and delicious. The big breakfast was generous and done well.

Very nice place in Kuala Lumpur. There were options for both local and western cuisine. We tried a bit of both and we're very happy with the food we were served. The service was very good with everyone being very kind and polite, happy to give suggestions. The location itself beautiful, clean and spacious. This is a great eatery, perfect after a day of shopping and sightseeing.

Disappointing. The Mahsa Avenue location is better in all aspects, service, food and atmosphere. I ordered the smoked salmon pasta and the Hot Chick burger, they only gave 1 slice of smoked salmon and the burger was mostly chilli sauce so couldn't taste anything.
Table was dirty when we were seated. Mind you we had to wait outside for 5 minutes (?) before we were let in. When we called the server to come and wipe it, he did one pass over the whole table and left.

What a beautiful interior decor. It full of natural light and beautiful light wood tones. The plants and trees inside and big windows bring the outside in. The service is very friendly and efficient. They use very fresh ingredients. Had the truffle mushroom soup, fish & chips and the crab pasta. All dishes were very delicious.

Booked the table at 11am & we ate until 2pm.. the place is very cosy, big & suitable for big family gathering.. before 1pm, there are less people, but after that, there are a lot.. the place is clean too..
The staffs are very kind & professional - kindly greet us, wait for us to choose the menu & take the order, kindly assist us to our table..
We ate a lot here.. all good & drinks are delicious too! I really like the nutella coffee & the coffee+ice cream (forgot the name😜)
