Just in luck....got promo rm15 for 30 minutes. Unfortunately no drinks can be served....it's not really cat cafe.... maybe it's not working for them....you can only pet and play inside. Pet food for rm9. Not much crowds even on weekend. It's kinda hot also....some cat cafe they don't limit your time but you must order something

Visited in 2022.
- Price quite pricey (student's perspective).
- Area to play with the cat are very spacious,
- Slippers will be provided once entering the premises.
- Majority cat is not really friendly unless you have treats in your hand (obviously)
- There are few compartment to chill and play with cat by yourself.
- There are shelf with manga and comics to read.
- Its an open space with big windows so people can see you from outside.
- Overall, perfect for people who really loves cat and willing to chase them all over the place to play. Not really worth it for people who came to only chill around.

There a ton of cats. There aren’t other customers. I don’t know why but this is such a cool place to go. The cats were fluffy, fat, chubby and fun to play with. You can pet them and they don’t run away like other cat cafe. We spent more than an hour here and it was fun.

We had a great time at this cat café! My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed the cozy vibe and the friendly cats. The place was clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending some quality family time. The staff was also very welcoming. Highly recommend for any cat lovers looking for a calm and fun experience!

For me as a person who allergic to cat fur i think here is not too bad.
For pricing little expensive for short time for me.
Cat's health - some have fur issue like wet and yellow at their paws i don't know why.
The entrance smell of cat (for me still okay but for others maybe stinky)
Staffs are friendly and Cats are also friendly.
If you want to experience playing with cat, i think here is not that bad.

Staff here were nice. They didn't try to chase us out although we overstayed a little bit. 😅
The cats..... were not too friendly.
The stray ones you see around outside are friendlier. But maybe this was because we didn't purchase the treats?
Overall, a nice place to spend half an hour if you don't mind the pee smell.

One of the biggest cat cafe I have ever visited. Lovely interior and spacious with lots of natural light. Pay for treats to feed cats. More than 20 cats. Only issue I have is their locker system. Not very good way to put shoes and belongings together.

Honestly shocked to see negative reviews on here which made me doubted this place, but definitely glad I went! By far the best cat cafe I’ve ever been to, a lot of cats were very playful and clingy which you rarely see at other cat cafes (mostly being scared) which shows how loved they are and how trustful they’re towards humans! My favourite was Atsuka/Atsuki (not sure which one is which) but she’s the most lovely lap cat! 💖
Was going for only 30 mins for RM30, but less than a minute of going in, we decided to upgrade for whole day pass = RM70, even though it’s already night time but it’s definitely worth it!!!
Saw a lot people saying how pricey they were but they definitely aren’t if you’re a cat lover, worth every minute, considering the amount of cats they had to take care and how spacious it was! I would definitely regret not going! I would not recommend for kids to go as I always see how harshly kids treat the cats, unless they’re well mannered…
Also you’re able to adopt them if you fell in love with any of them, my partner and I definitely fell in love with a lot of them but sadly we do not live in KL or else! Do give them a chance and support them!
Also saw how someone is saying the way of keeping shoes and bags is not good, but for us, it’s so good!! Sanitized shoes were provided, lockers were provided, what more could you ask for!!

I love this place with all my heart, it's my place to go, when I need some mental rest. This cafe has a lot of space, books and things to do besides loving the cats! They have a whole menu of drinks too!
If you can't imagine your life without kitties, just like I do, then it's the best place for you!
Upd: Several weeks after and now it's my favorite place to be... Yes, it's pricey but it's so worth it 🙏

Great place, cats seems happy there, interior is super nice and cozy. We spent great time there and made a lot of cool photos. The most important that it was big impression cause we're missing our cats from home which is far away from here ❤️

Such a cute cat cafe!! Very easy to find on the top level of Lalaport Mall. Pricing is good and there are plenty of kitties to interact with. It is very warm and smells a little. We did the day pass and spent more than five hours reading and relaxing with the cats.
The seats and cubbies are not very comfortable but if you move around a lot it doesn’t matter. All of the cats are available for sale. Highly recommend stopping by if you can.

Important notes:
You have to remember cats 🐈 love 💙 to sleep and they aren't like dogs 🐕 craving attention so quite often you will call or put your hand out and they won't be interested!
However there were so many magical moments. Within 5 minutes the white one was sleeping on my lap and later they either came towards me or allowed me to play with them.
Let them come to you. The guy that works there was so warm and welcoming.
Second time I've been. Love it 😊
