Entrance is free of charge but you have to get a ticket at level 4 counter with timeslots to enter at evening. There is no need ticket if you are visiting at day time 10am to 5.30pm. Since there is limited slot at the evening, so inside the rooftop it's not very crowded and you have time to take pictures.

A beautiful garden with a covered pavilion to sit and watch events or take rest.
