Suggest to make more breads as I went there for few times, and left with cheese oh only.. The best one is buttermilk boy.. Further, make more pizza hotdog buns too.. bought once and needed to wait for 30 minutes to wait for the buns to cool down.. Gila ke apa? KLCC one was the best as I could always get the buns immediately.. please la.. not 5 star hotel ok?

Been to so many Rotiboy outlet, I think this outlet in Lalaport doing the best. The bread is freshly bake. We have to wait 10 min for our order. Its OK to wait for the good food. We can sit around the counter and looking the Baker chef doing the bakery. If you coming to Lalaport, drop by this outlet at LG floor.

-Staff is very attentive and friendly. -I buy blurberry cheese tart only RM2 each and it taste so nice and sweet. -The bun is served fresh from the oven. -The environment is so less people and quite.

We were served a hot buttermilk and an original Roti Boy bun by a friendly staff member. Good value at RM3.20 We had never tried one before, so we didn't know what to expect. A warning about the temperature of the hot filling in the middle would have been nice.

Customer service👎🏻👎🏻 two staff. One wearing glasses , ive been standing in front of the cashier for a minute and wait for her to take my order but then she just walked away . One looking young both are wearing hijab she’s taking my order but didnt speak clearly and blur even laugh and talking to other staff while talking to me. So disappointed cause its my first time going there and never again for sure. Didnt have a lot of customer but then so rude. Hope you can do something !

Less 10 minutes to serve tge Rotiboy n coffee to tge custmers The staff Ms Yana n the colleagues were very courteous n gd customers service. would recommend friends to try Rotiboy @ Lalaport. This particular staff was very rude when attending to me as a cashier. Asked politely to be served for the hot buns as they were in the midst of preparing a new batch. She was instead demeaning and sarcastic saying to touch and check the machine that was supposed to heat up the buns. I was with my daughter at the time. To be embarassed and degraded in that way in front of her made me feel upset. She should really be trained in customer service skills when talking to customers.

Amazing roti boy. The mocha bun has a delicious chocolate coffee filing. Sooooo good. Best roti boy I had by far!
