I recently purchased an item from this store and was really excited about it, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit as expected. When I tried to return it the next day at Lalaport, I was informed that they wouldn’t accept the return due to their policy. The customer service was unhelpful, and I felt very disappointed by the lack of flexibility. The return policy is this rigid. it would be helpful to be flexible and find alternative ways to satisfy the guest. If an exchange isn’t possible, perhaps a refund could be considered since the items are still new, having been purchased just yesterday. It’s important not to always say ‘no’ to the guest without exploring other options first.

Tbh my impulsive buy thru their Sales person Mr Ayie turn out to be the most Valuable shoes for me.. im die hard fans for other brands but Mr Ayie has convince me casually to try skechers for running and i am so lucky having met a sales person like him that truly understand the needs as i am also a Train person as well.. Kudos to Mr Ayie and Skechers Lalaport.. i will def buy vaporfoam shoes from him after this.👍

Not the biggest Skechers I've been, but have enough of choice of goods. Service are ok. There are a few inexperienced staffs, when I was asking about the shoes' design and tech, they couldn't answer it. I benefited from the storewide 50% discount. Thumbs up to Skechers 👍. In overall, Skechers shoes are more comfortable than other brands, but less stylish.
