I recently purchased an item from this store and was really excited about it, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit as expected. When I tried to return it the next day at Lalaport, I was informed that they wouldn’t accept the return due to their policy. The customer service was unhelpful, and I felt very disappointed by the lack of flexibility. The return policy is this rigid. it would be helpful to be flexible and find alternative ways to satisfy the guest. If an exchange isn’t possible, perhaps a refund could be considered since the items are still new, having been purchased just yesterday. It’s important not to always say ‘no’ to the guest without exploring other options first.
