Dined in on 7/12/2024 at around 430pm just to try the newly open restaurants. Saw the advertisement inside the mall and wanna give it a try. Plenty of tables to choose from. Sat down and placed the order via QR code. The menu was given. The tea value combo sets were listed available on DAILY from 2pm to 530pm but however when tried to order via scanning QR code was listed as unavailable?! When asked the staff, only was told it is available on weekdays and why did the menu states as available for daily? Wanna order their signature beef combo soup noodle but was told the beef tendon was unavailable?! Kind of disappointment. Not a very pleasant experience as we were not being told earlier that certain foods or items are not available till only when we ordered to find out later. Not to mention some of the utensils were not checked as it was not sufficient for four people dining on the table we sat down. Overall the experience wasn't very pleasant. The food was ok but the silk milk tea wasn't served hot. It was just lukewarm. They have simple but quite nice Xmas decor.
