Came at 11:15am, want to order food but was told open at 12pm. Why open at mall foodcourt or wrote in internet open 10am when there’s no food to be serve before 12pm?

The food here is delicious! The rice is soft, the chicken is tender and covered in rich sauce, and the fresh cabbage adds a nice crunch. The sambal gives a spicy kick.
