Not flexible at all. Sparkling lychee tea ops for no chia seed or no 3Q jelly but the staff said cannot and must pick one topping. If customer willing to pay the same amount and get lesser topping, what the problem? Go save your COGS and increase profit for your outlet.

For the month of August, it has the promotion drink RM6.70 published, ( with the my digital id) . However here it says unable to give this promotion. Other tealive store no problem, only this outlet. Disappointed.

Around 5 staff for a small stall, yet inefficient. Person taking my order asked me to wait as he turn and talk for awhile, before taking my order. Staff gave me my change at the side even though I am standing infront. Unprofessional. Stall front is messy, boxes on the ordering counter lane. Realized Tealive staff attitude everywhere is getting worst.

Where is your staff?.. outlet left unattended and "out for toilet" placed on the counter. It has been more than 10 minutes not sure since when and until when.. how come only 1 staff maning the outlet

The staff never wearing a cap also with sleeping face OMG this is the worst tealive I see ......the way they talk with customer also too bad 👎 no professional as before I'm asking for coco orea smoothie but I don't want orea the staff reply very rude he said no I can't do that but still I said I will pay the same price or even extra also no problem plz do as I ask he showing face to me and said my boss will scold and all ....what kind of staff u keeping the worst tealive I see in my experience

The plastic that seal the cup did not seal properly. When I pook it with straw , the plastic drop and the drink splits all over me.
