Overall:2.9/5 Food: the buns were cold, sad. The protein were cooked correctly but my god it (the sauce) was so sweet. Overpowered every other taste. Service: typical normal service. However i feel like it takes too long to make? 10-15mins maybe. Atmosphere: only gets 4 stars as it was inside book xcess. Atleast i can browse around while waiting for it. I think the average of 3 stars is justified. Sadly, a miss.

Very bad, the pau was like wet tissue soak in oil from the fried chicken. Not worth the price, portion. Ntg good here.

Hidden in the back of the bookstore in Lalaport Mall is this delicious Bao place. The portion sizes are small, but the taste is big. I tried the combo of three for 20rm plus 10% service charge. all three (duck, beef and fried chicken satay) were delicious. Great snack, worth checking out! They should mention the 10% service charge in the menu though, that came as a bit if a surprise.

Stopped by after book shopping at Book Xcess. We ordered Duck You, SSS Chicken & Butter Be Good. All three were flavorful. The bao was soft. Duck You had a nice hint of spiciness too.

It’s inside the bookstore. The portion is small, the taste is good for the fried chicken (white bao), while the salmon is dry (black bao). It’s a little oily and the oil used that day gives a not nice feeling after finished.
