Was rushing at the 11th hour to collect my Coway Run 2023 race kit pack that was located at Lalaport West Entrance last 2 weeks at 7:45pm. Counter closed at 8pm!

Park your car🚗 or motorbike 🏍️ at the road kerb of the West entrance. There's a side space where you can park after 7pm. No need to drive in the basement car park. The Coway counter was quite a maze. Had to inquire from the "I" counter where was the location. I dashed 🏃🏻♀️ and collected my race kit 🏅🎽 just in time before they wrap up! Managed to get in my car within 35 mins.

Better use google map than waze if coming here. Otherwise waze will end the trip in lrt hang tuah. Parking is free here until 31st dec 2022
