Hongboon “Eric Boo” Boo
The beef brisket here is perfectly tender and flavorful, with a rich broth! The service is excellent. I stayed at the Furama Hotel across from them and ate there two days in a row around 4:00 PM. Since the restaurant has only been here for a little over two months, I heard they're only open until 5:00 PM for now, but they say they'll be serving dinner in the evening soon.
