Very lively, comfortable seats and good view of stage from the top floor. The entrance qr codes can be improved via mobile instead of paper tickets. The organiser is very attentive and helped us to the right seats.

I visited Zepp Kuala Lumpur yesterday and was truly impressed. The venue is modern, clean, and well-managed. The sound quality was absolutely top-notch — crystal clear audio and great lighting that added so much energy to the performance. You can really feel the difference compared to other concert halls.
The layout is smart, with a spacious standing area, comfortable seating on the upper level, and even VIP boxes. It’s located inside the BBCC (Bukit Bintang City Centre) near LaLaport, which makes it easy to access and adds to the vibrant atmosphere.
What I really liked was how organized everything was — from entry to security checks to crowd control, all handled professionally. There were lockers available too, which is a big plus.
If you’re into live music or events, this is definitely one of the best venues in KL. I’ll be keeping an eye out for more shows here!

First time here as I was attending Eco World Development Group Berhad and Eco World International Berhad’s AGMs.It is located at level B2 of Menara EcoWorld and just below GSC cinema. Basically, it is a small concert hall with a decent sound system that can host live music events. The biggest drawbacks are the parking rate of RM3/hour and its discreet location.

I recently attended an event at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The concert hall offers a perfect blend of modern design, excellent acoustics, and a comfortable atmosphere. The sound quality was crystal clear, making the live performances even more enjoyable.
The venue is well-organized, with spacious seating and standing areas, and the lighting setup really enhances the overall vibe of the show. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the facilities were. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly from entry to exit.
One of the highlights is the location — it’s easy to access with plenty of nearby parking and public transport options. The only minor downside is that food and beverage prices were a bit high, but that’s expected at most concert venues.
Overall, Zepp KL is definitely one of the best concert halls in the city, offering a top-tier experience for music lovers. I’d highly recommend attending an event here!

The easy access concert venue. Yes, it's small but for me, one of my favourite places to attend concert, parking at Lalaport are more cheaper than Zepp Building, but make sure you remember where do you park your car and mall will be closed at 10 pm, but still have another access lif to go down to parking. If you come at 530 above park at lalaport, parking will be free. Good accessibility with public transport

Was there for JayB Tape:Reload concert. Nice concert facilities. Good size and cosy. Was perfect to see the artist on stage if standing in front of the stage.

Awesome venue!
Great lighting and it's pretty big.
The sound system are also awesome.
Been here for 2 concert and all of them are great.
There's a locker room for item keeping before entering the show stage.

Went here for Bernadya Untungnya,Untungnya 2025 Tour. Facilities wise, everything is well maintained, very cool inside the hall , toilet is clean too. The management were very efficient and the process throughout were overall very efficient and smooth which I'm satisfied. The lighting, the sound system and the atmosphere were amazing and I really did enjoy my time there. Keep up the consistency Zepp.
