Waited 1 hour for our order cos kitchen seemed to be understaffed. Only got our order after seeing many later orders being prepared first. Burgers weren’t great and fries were soggy… our own mistake to go for Burger King vs other options as we thought it would be a typical “fast” food experience after a long day. Irony when fast food is slower and more stale than the dai chow our friends were having next door.

1. Have to order through the kiosk (maybe too many people ordering and too few workers, but I didn't see any Q in front of the counter)
2. Waited 10 minutes just to pay in cash (do sue me that I'm not using any electric payment or cards.)
3. Wrong amount of balance, the staff returned 6.70, but I have prepared 50.30, in which should return 7 (did I miscounted)
4. Currently 2.45 pm, and I'm still waiting for the food which is still in the prepare line. You may consider of dropping the "fast food" title.
5. Updated: now it's 3.13pm, and the meal is ready, but still missing a fries which it should be. After clarifying, finally can eat. But as per time waited, the food temperature drops.
6. Another update: BLOODY CHICKEN!!!!

I would like to have a KING STYLE burger here. I enjoy the moment, especially. Employees with tinnitus.. he really gentle, and even he cannot hear, but he know all the process he bring my order delivery faster. I think other stuff should learn from him.

Arrived at lalaport on 9.50am, since most f&b shop open at 11am, no choice but to have quick meal. Order breakfast sets, waited 20 minutes. Talk to the staffs, but they are expressionless.

Terrible meal. The burger was very very salty. I felt the salt crystals in my mouth. The "large fries" where small, cold and chewy. I dont expect much and this is the first time ever I have not finnished a meal at BK.

Very Unpleasant Experience - Poor Service and Attitude
The service was extremely poor, and the staff's attitude was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Their behavior made the entire experience unpleasant, to the point where I didn't even feel like eating. I expect better customer service, especially from a well-known brand like Burger King. This was not the kind of experience I was hoping for, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the service and staff attitude.

My son has eaten here several times in the last three weeks that we have been in KL. He likes burgers, and doesn't want to try local food. He is 11. At times they have been out of hamburger, out of fries, out of ice cream. Multiple days multiple items. Also the kiosks have been out of order many times. Worst burger king I have been to ever.

I asked the cashier multiple times for assistance on how to use a voucher, yet no help was offered. I was simply told to place my order at the kiosk. However, when I entered the voucher code, the kiosk displayed ‘invalid.’ I had to go back and forth to the counter three times, asking the same question, before the manager finally explained the process clearly. Even if your staff are new, it’s basic customer service to offer assistance when a customer is clearly struggling. I also observed staff chatting in the kitchen area despite there being no customers at that time. Kindly ensure your staff receive proper training.

I was starving and ordered a grilled chicken burger. Unfortunately, found the plastic wrap together with lettuce that was served.
My luck was good as I realised it but what if other customers swollen it. Hope the prep team and the supervisor can be more vigilant about this matter.
