I have been here twice for dinner. It is a really nice place to eat. The burgers are super good, especially the original. The staff is also very nice. They were really willing to wait when I was wondering what to eat. I think I will come here again in the future. Really the best burgers I had ever had. Recommend it.

Horrible experience,food is not fresh at all they served me a fries I think leftover from yesterday! Even mushroom burger tasted different

Service was absolutely below standard compared to other fast food chain. Not sure why BK management could not improve the service level. The staff were really low morale and forgetful of order. BK seriously need to step up on recruitment and training their staff to ensure lifetime value of its customers

Waiting time just too long. Service very slow. Not following queue number in preparing order. They prepare those number which later than my and give them first while letting me continue waiting.

Ordered two sundae cone ice-cream, one banana-pie just want to have a quick bite, there were total four workers, one in the back kitchen, three of them in front of the counter. They worked very slow-paced on their own ignoring of the number calling and kept talking to each other playing around during the process of making the order. One of them even asked me how old I’m while the other worker kept failing three times making one sundae cone :) If you’re in a rush, JUST DON’T COME! it’s not “ fast food” though
